I just switched on my phone yesterday then the fingerprint sensor wasn't opening,I had to use my password to enter my phone which is so stressful and annoying and I have tried so many things to no avail. I was thinking of updating my phone but after hearing so much complaints about the new update,I was discouraged. Please who can help me writing passwords is kinda stressful and I'm scared to go and update

So those people complaining may be scam..
The only thing is that I want to update the version but am scared should I still go through with it?
