Hi! After putting my sim, it wont detect my sim. I tried inserting it in other phines and it works just fine. In vivo it would just display No sim. Help

My phone(vivo y51l) having some issues like hanging and auto functioning etc. Recently I visited vivo service center laxmi nagar where they just updated my softwares and my problem was not taken seriously. Still my phone having the same issues I want, my issues should be resolved as soon as possible and properly this time. Such a response from the most popular and named brand vivo is very shameful. I hope this time, I would not face this type of service again.

im using it right now and im able to fully enjoy its feature
more specially in gaming...
I played nba 2k17 and it didn't hang though it's getting hot for long gaming but I believe that android smartphone are like that so for me, it very good

My Y51 had 29% of battery life left when it suddenly went dead. I tried opening it and I also tried charging it, but it won't... please help me :(
