The company that makes this phone (Huawei), it's the same company that make the broadband devices sold by vodafone under the brand vodafone... At least, here in Portugal... In phones I don't really know if they are good, but the vodafone broadband is the best available here in Portugal. Only the old phones are made by Sagem, now all the recent phones from Vodafone are made by ZTE (also the brand who makes the phones branded TMN - another network here) and Huawei...

you may think i'm nuts but i had a choice between a nokia n96 and this mobile, i choose the Vodafone 725 because it's cheap and the specification are good for the price and i could fit this phone in my pocket easy fantasic price

the vodafone 716 doesn't mention a radio or a 3.5mm headphone jack but it's got them.
I would hope this would be the same.
