Regarding the problems caused by the updates to Facebook and Facebook Messenger on 03.08.2016, I appear to have found a solution. At least it is working so far. After uninstalling the apps and rebooting the phone I ensured that everything else was working properly again. Then I went to uptodown via a browser, downloaded the uptodown app. I had to accept the warning about apps from untrusted sources and change the setting to allow. Then I downloaded the one before the last under previous versions of Facebook and Facebook Messenger. Once they were installed, everything seems to be working as before 03 August 2016 updates. I accept no responsibility for damage to your phone or its software. Good luck if you decide to follow my actions.

I checked on the Play Store and it looks like Facebook ended compatibility with the Smart Ultra 6. I did manage to install the new version before they flagged it as incompatible, but it just kept freezing the phone and killing the input. Hopefully they'll continue support in the future :/

this morning i woke up to my phone that had frozen in the middle of the night. it obviously froze at 6:27 as that what the screen is stuck on and is now 5pm and is still frozen

I love the fone but now it just freezes and it can't work I don't know what to do

Phone is very good in my opinion. Only thing is that the battery is not removable even though this says otherwise. The home screens have a few bugs where the apps go invisible but its easily resolved, gets tedious thoughh

Never buy that. It is great phone. However no warranty. After 6 month the screen started to play around. It was sent to vodafone to repair under the warranty however they wanted to charge. Screen has no single scratch the phone like new but no chance to use after 6 month.

I am really strugglingdownload the manual form the internet, use the pin tool or a paperclip and press the tool into small dot recess on the sim cover ...on the top right edge of the phone. push gently and it pops open. the sim should only fit into the cradle one way so you can't put it in the wrong way. then gently push it in.

Multiple faults on mine. Randomly switches between message apps. Phone screen turns upside down. Goes to silent mode by itself.
