Apple iOS

Today is the day - Apple is finally announcing the iPhone 12 family to the world. The event will take place online at 10AM PDT (5PM UTC) and will be live-streamed on YouTube, and we’ve provided a stream below to follow the event as it unfolds.

We expect no less than four iPhone 12s - two vanilla variants and two Pro versions. Reports are that Apple is planning to initially launch only two of them - the regular iPhone 12, expected to be the bestseller of the family, and the iPhone 12 Pro. Next month we should see the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max.

The devices will cover pretty much every price segment from $649 all the way to $1,399, depending on the model, size, and storage options. You can head to our rumor roundup to learn more details about the devices.

We also expect to see a new HomePod Mini speaker, as a competitor of the basic Amazon Alexa and Google Home mini. It should cost $100 and is likely to go on sale next week. All the new phones will have a new Apple A14 chipset, while the speaker will run on the Apple S5 platform.

RAM will not be 12gb. Even IPad doesn't have 12gb RAM. It will be between 4-6gb. Sensor doesn't support 8k video recording.
