I liked his way of presenting, although he seemed high. His way of speaking reminded me Beavis and Butt-head. It was as if he was trying not to laugh at himself and the new phones he presented.
He is not a native English speaker. Yes, they can easily replace him but that's not how they see us. He seems to be too passionate about launching a new phone and he can't care less for his accent.
