Samsung Galaxy Rumors

CES is ever so closer and rumors about possible announcements flock like bees on a newly blossomed flower. After we reported specs and prices about the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) yesterday, today we have some more info.

Our tipster Ackhmed Aizat pointed out that Samsung Mobile Malaysia teased an image saying that “it all begins with A. Hold your breath.”

The holding breath part as well as the water in the image clearly suggest that some or all of Samsung’s upcoming devices from the Galaxy A series will be waterproof.

A twitter-user Roland Quandt joined the rumor mill and added that the alleged devices will be revealed at CES next month.

Samsung Galaxy A Series for 2017 is a CES thing from what I hear. Things are quiet as relevant media (read: not me) was briefed under NDA.

— Roland Quandt (@rquandt) 22 December 2016

All we have left is to wait until next week and see what Samsung has prepared for us at CES.

I agree, this would make it a monster in durability and water proofing. IDK, if it is achievable, but if they do it , it would be a market disruptor

Out of the blue, Sony decides to remove IP certification to its Compact Xperias and midrangers. And thus, the competition fills in the void. Sony, wake up!!
