IFA 2017 is wrapping up with the events and we saw plenty of new phones being announced.
LG finally unveiled the V30, Sony introduced the XZ1, the XZ1 Compact, and the XA1 Plus, while Lenovo showed the Moto X4 with dual cameras.
Other companies like Archos, Alcatel and Blackberry also joined the fun, making the week a pure blessing for all smartphone geeks.
Xiaomi and Apple are releasing their next flagships in a matter of two days - first is the Chinese manufacturer with the Mi Mix 2 on September 11.
On September 12 the Cupertino company is announcing three iPhones, one of them with Gesture controls instead of a home button per latest claims.
Sadly, no more information is currently available about the device, including its pricing and availability.
The design revealed by the leak is inline with what we've already seen.
A new report on the matter corroborates the previously rumored announcement date.
The G6-like design means the V30 has a bigger screen, but smaller footprint compared to the V20.
The company has given A+’s to other Samsung flagships in the past, but the Galaxy Note8 met or exceeded existing records in some categories.
The A phones usually copy Galaxy S features from the previous year so the timing works out.
Apple's iconic home button will be obliterated even in concept in the tenth anniversary smartphone.
This is said to happen so that the Korean company can defend its flagship line's sales against the iPhone 8.
This confirmation came in the form of a teaser image posted on Weibo.
Both phones are true flagship offers, with a fresh 2017 spin on the tried and true Xperia design.
As promised, the Mi MIX, Mi Note 2, Mi 5, Mi 5s, Mi 5s Plus, Mi Max 2, Mi Max, Redmi 4 and Redmi 4X can now flash the early build.
RAM is 4GB, while internal memory is 128GB. The camera department is handled by an 18MP rear unit and a 12MP front shooter.
The device features a 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC, which offers more customizable options compared to the Hi-Fi Quad DAC that was there in the V20.
The software will be available on September 27. It'll cost €49.90 (including taxes).
Fractions of a millimeter larger than the current generation iPhones.
Lenovo/Moto are bringing this dual camera mid-ranger to Berlin as well.
Will be available exclusively on Amazon, while the Moto G5 and G5 Plus's prices are falling down.
Don't expect it anytime soon though, it will go into producing in early 2018.
Moto X4 has just went official at IFA - a premium mid-ranger with Alexa integration.
The official factory images and OTA zip files are up too.
