Yesterday, Microsoft delivered a deep dive into the specs of its upcoming Xbox Series X and, would you look at this, Sony has confirmed it will detail upcoming PlayStation 5.

The specs are coming via a stream tomorrow on the official PlayStation Blog, led by PS5's lead system architect Mark Cherny.

What we know so far is that the next-gen console is that, like the Xbox Series X, it will use a custom-made AMD CPU, based on the 7nm Zen 2 architecture and will use AMD's Radeon Navi family GPUs with Ray-tracing support (again, like the Xbox Series X).

Tomorrow at 9am Pacific Time, PS5 lead system architect Mark Cerny will provide a deep dive into PS5’s system architecture, and how it will shape the future of games.

The PlayStation 5 will ship with an SSD, like the Xbox Series X, and support 8K graphics, once again, like the next-gen Xbox.

The PlayStation 5 will be compatible with PS4 games and be ready in the Holiday season of 2020.

Even with PS10 i would like more laptop and desktop copmuter than any console which is good only for gaming and nothing else.

I said earlier this floating unit doesn't give any extra beneficial as it depends on some other architectural setup and by knowing both consoles will share similar tech by AMD.. So I'm not hopping for any identical performance difference as there was...
