It Is not user friendly. What in other brands goes by default, with Wiko you have to work hard. Importing contacts from SIM, moving files, connecting to a USB and even connecting to a PC is complicated operation, for everything you need a permission...

This is totally the worst phone I've ever had. Trying to get it to charge is pure hell on this 4 month old phone. Constantly erasing my texts because I accidentally hit the circle right below the space bar. Like who wants to press any of those...
