Xiaomi 16 to have the best smaller screen and biggest battery for its size

Xiaomi Android Rumors

Back in March we heard that the Xiaomi 16 would have a larger screen size compared to its predecessor's 6.36-inch panel. While that rumor didn't mention a specific size for the upcoming device, now a new rumor out of China kind of contradicts it, saying the Xiaomi 16's display will be in the 6.3" range still.

So that could be up to 6.39", which of course is larger than 6.36", even though by such a tiny amount that it wouldn't really be noticeable. Anyway, today's rumor goes on to claim that this will be the best and most beautiful smaller screen, coming with insanely tiny bezels and eye protection features that will allegedly put it "far ahead" of the competition.

The phone is also said to sport a triple rear camera system with a 50 MP main sensor, and the previous rumor did claim the Xiaomi 16 is getting a periscope telephoto camera. The handset will reportedly be very thin while packing the biggest battery of any device of its size.

That's a very intriguing claim for sure, as OnePlus just launched the 13T, which has a 6.32" screen and a 6,260 mAh battery, so the Xiaomi 16's cell will be at least 6,270 mAh for that claim to be accurate. That's quite exciting, if true. The Xiaomi 16 will run HyperOS 3.0 from the start, and this is most likely going to be based on Android 16, which Google plans to release by the end of June. So with the Xiaomi 16 most likely arriving in October, the timeline does check out.

I use samsung s25 and i can easily use it with one hand. also using s25 without case is harder for me because its too slippery. I think xiaomi is not much wider but taller than s25 because of the aspect ratio it has. it should be easy to use with one...
