Xiaomi Android Rumors

According to reputable Weibo tipster, Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi is readying a clamshell foladable smartphone to rival the likes of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra. It's probably not that big of a surprise, given that Oppo, Huawei and vivo introduced their own versions of a modern flip phone.

Xiaomi wants to stay competitive and it has already introduced the Mix Fold 2, which is a pretty elegant, nice-looking and thin foldable smartphone, so it's only logical to offer a flip phone handset. According to Digital Chat Station, the handset will be impressively thin and light, following the footsteps of the current Mix Fold 2, which is one of the thinnest foldables around.

Unfortunately, judging by Xiaomi's previous track record of device availability, the upcoming Mix Flip (if that's indeed the name) may not make it outside of China.
