Khalid, 19 Nov 2021Still running Android 10 and miui 12.0.11.0 not coming latest update.what can I do for latest updateXiaomi has suspended the update from Android 10 to Android 11. I'm in the same position as you - stuck on 12.0.19 EEA, Android 10.
The only solution is to unlock bootloader and flash Android 11 through MiFlash (fastboot) and then relock bootloader.

Even if everything is ok, then you can try updating manually(download rom file, then update by choosing rom file)

Music inverted play/pause
Need internet connection if going to factory reset
I reported these Issue in XIAOMI SERVICE

The camera is 0/100I disagree , this is a great back camera not the best, but pretty good .. front camera is average ..
This phone has only these issues :
- heavy and thick
- proximity sensor issues
That's it , everything else is great .. especially at this price point ..
