@Anonymous And whats the point of using phone on 30-50% brightness if its not that enough for me or for other persons who wants their phones to push much more above 30-50% of their brightness ? I dont wanna be a slave of the phones display, if I pay more than a 1000 Euros for any smartphone or for anything other, I want it to be used with their full capacity. If the brightness can be pushed to 100% and I want to look at the display with 100% brightness, this display must be able to work in that conditions without any f..n problem. I dont wanna pay such that high price gor any smartphone and at the same time being limited by using for example brightness at only 30-50%. That means, if you dont wanna be cheated by companies of smartphones who using the Amoled (OLED) Screens, dont buy these phones with these type of screens. Only if they lower their prices amnd start pushing Microled displays by putting them into their new future phones, I'm here to take those phones instead of IPS LCD or Amoled (OLED) Screens. Until that, I will avoid AMOLED OLED screens and using my Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro with IPS LCD screen, and If I want, put it at 100% brightness all the time without any problems (Burn in etc). Thanks.

I have bought an Mi 10t pro just recently. can't find the advertised 240 or 960fps slow motion video capture. Is it a missing feature of false advertisement?
Anonymous, 01 Nov 2020Yeah. It also depend on how much brightness you use on your phone but from what I saw many peo... moreI have a Mate 10 Pro and I've been using it for 3 years. It has an OLED display but still no burn-in. I guess you're right that it depends upon how much brightness the user use in their phones. Indoors, I keep it at 30-50% brightness, outdoors 40-100%. I'm almost always indoors but I do use 100% brightness at school or in outdoor occasions. I'm thankful how much this phone has been holding up for me especially that I don't suffer from burn-in until now.
Bernard , 08 Nov 2020Overheating is not overheating, the term itself is subjective, if the phone heats up, because ... moreAh yes you are right, I misused that word. It's actually heat up not overheating but yeah seriously if you play any games at max settings in this phone the heat at the back and the frame feels like it's overheating. Reaching up to 55°C and sometimes even up to 60°C and that is kinda concerning
Overheating is not overheating, the term itself is subjective, if the phone heats up, because it uses so much resources to run the games on max, it " HEATS UP " not OVERHEAT; if the phone did overheat , it will shut itself to avoid damage. same as any computers, CPUs will shut itself to protect itself from damage of overheating.
Yervano, 07 Nov 2020Hey guys so I will buy this phone on Wednesday (11/11/2020) and I need your honest opinions ab... moreYou want a honest review? I just bought Mi 10T Pro as a replacement and upgrade to my Oneplus 7T. And coming from oxygen os environment to MIUI is a very different feeling. The fluidity of Oxygen is way way better than MIUI. On my 7T, as my daily driver I never experienced any issues when it comes to animation and smoothness. Now leaping back again to MIUI (As I owned previous xiaomi devices like Mi 3, Mi 4C, Mi 5, Mi 6) I obviously felt the difference of the MIUI and Oxygen OS. Using Mi 10T Pro as my daily phone, I experienced already many bugs, inconsistency to the animation, stutters and lags. That is due to poor and still under ripe MIUI 12.
Aside from that. Yes, the poor Audio Microphone quality is real. I believe this is only a software issue since I ran many test for the audio microphone quality and it is very good. It is only bad when making video calls wherein you are not directly facing the phone at your ear (line doing phone calls). Like facing the phone right in front of you and talking or doing video call.
108MP Camera is not a gimmick believe me. Mi 10T Pro uses Samsung HMX sensor wherein can be found on flagship models of Samsung and also on other Mi 10 series (10 Pro, 10 Ultra, 10 5G). Compared to my 1+7T which does have 48MP Sony IMX 586. It is way way better than 7T camera. Low light is also good
Now AMOLED Panel. This is somewhat a deal breaker for most of the people who is AMOLED die hard fans. I've been using AMOLED ever since on my other previous phones mostly. And AMOLED is real good. But believe me. IPS LCD on the Mi 10T Pro is the best version of ips. color is same as vibrant as any other amoled phones , the only difference is the "true black color" on the amoled which obviously the light on the amoled panel is turning off itself that is why you see a true black. It is not bothering me if I'm using IPS LCD on this device. Nothing different than amoled.
One issue that is annoying me. When phone heats up and feels warm to feel. Like temperature of both cpu and gpu is reaching out to more than 42C. The adaptive sync will automatically adjust itself to 60hz and locking in to it. It will goes back again to normal higher hz when device cools down. That is annoying me.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my upgrade. Aside from those issues that I've mentioned
Yervano, 07 Nov 2020Hey guys so I will buy this phone on Wednesday (11/11/2020) and I need your honest opinions ab... moreYes, it does overheat so it is recommended to not play on max settings but the thing is FPS never drop even tho the phone is overheating but if you still wanna play on max then you should buy a Memo Cooler or Fun Cooler Pro to cool it down. Second, about the audio yes it does sounds low but I believe this is a software problem maybe they will fix it on next update. Third, about the camera yes it is legit 108MP cuz all of the pics that I've taken are all in large size. About the screen, yes it still can't beat AMOLED but seriously this is one of the best looking LCD in the market right now. Everyone who owned it also says the same thing. 500$ at your place is a good price.
Hey guys so I will buy this phone on Wednesday (11/11/2020) and I need your honest opinions about it.
I read several comments saying that the phone is overheating-->Is that while playing the games at max graphics?
Another problem stated several places is-->Audio is very low during calls for the other side (is it a software issue?)
And what about the main camera (108MP) is it a legit 108MP or pics are of poorer quality?
By looking at the specs of this phone I found it to be unbeatable when it comes to pricing and I agree with some about the AMOLED display cz I personally prefer AMOLED which have better colors imo.
However as I said I will buy it after a couple of days...The price here is 500$ (8GB+256GB) which i guess is a very fair price!
This phone looks pretty good. But how good will it work as hotspot? I need it to share internet to my laptop, how good will be connection? Speed, stability...?
I heard that Samsung phones has WiFi problems, so just curious...
AlexP, 05 Nov 2020$600 for LCD display??? Wow, no thanksall iPhone all LCDs until recently going for OLED and guess the price?
PaidReviewer, 22 Oct 2020I feel sorry for everyone who will buy this instead of a OnePlus, Samsung or Pixel. RIP.they all trade punches none of the phones you mentioned are clear winners compare to this phone.
AlexP, 05 Nov 2020$600 for LCD display???
Wow, no thanks$600? You sure?
Here in my country sells just $485 for the top tier spec. But funny enough iPhone SE 2020 64GB also costs $485. Which country I'm from definitely not going to tell. Don't want to see always out of stock.

AlexP, 05 Nov 2020$600 for LCD display??? Wow, no thanksNothing wrong with LCD when done right
I'm having issues with the microphone quality. When doing video calls. The person on the other line always telling me that they can't hear me properly (most of my video calls with different people are the telling me the same) My voice is very low to them. But when doing testing and using Recorder app built in to Xiaomi, it looks to be okay. I'm not sure if this issue to the unit itself or MIUI OS
