Redmi note 8 pro have better brightness then mi 10t pro plus RN8P has physical proximity sensor as well. According to notebookckeck.

2-faster cpu (little bit)
3-slim size,light weight
4-real proximity sensor
5- ip 53 rate water,dust
Then go for f3
If If you want:
1-higher refresh rate 144hz
2- good build quality
3- bigger battery size 5000 (4500 for f3)
4- high resolution main camera 108 mp with OIS
Then go for Mi 10T pro
