This is my first ever Xiaomi smartphone. I've been using it since 2021 and It's such a great phone both for gaming and for camera, it may not be the best, but it certainly is one of the best values for money.
This 2024, I'm still able to play most of my games (Mobile Legends, Clash of Clans, Call of Duty Mobile) with only one problem which is overheating, it's not too terrible but I'd recommend you guys to a buy phone cooler like Fly Digi.
For daily usage without gaming, the battery life is not great nor terrible. Using wireless earphones drain the battery a lot, scrolling through social media is alright but I'll still bring my charger with me.
As for the rear camera, it takes quite sharp photos however it struggles to capture the actual colour in the dark, sometimes I feel like the camera has some tint which makes the rest of the picture the same colour as the little lighting on the background.
As for the front camera, I’ve noticed that It’s a little blurry compared to other phones that I have used. I don’t like how the pictures are also automatically filtered.
The build is quite sturdy, I’ve dropped it multiple times and It has not shattered, there are some scratches which I was displeased with since I was not expecting the screen to be easily scratched.
The only things that I disliked about the phone is that one of the software updates made the phone’s battery life a lot less, I immediately noticed how the battery life was easily being drained, it could be because of the bloatware but I’ve disabled most of the ads. Another is that it tends to overheat on Mobile Legends on High-Ultra graphics under an hour. Lastly is that, I don’t know why Xiaomi decided to stop giving it software updates but I know that it is capable of handling the HyperOS.

I am just wondering if the rattling sound is normal and anybody elses Xiaomi 10t pro makes the rattling sound when shaking it?

Anonymous, 07 May 2023I got this issue as well. Did you happen to fox it? same thing to me . 2,5yrs and the mic dead and after one week phone dead completely. chip reball needed. temporary fixed with oven method just to sell as donor . Xiaomi kills them with updates. fkn china sht...

I bought my Mi10T 5g last Dec 2020. The back camera works perfectly as it is. No issues and and still smooth until dec 3, 2023, exactly on my birth day, suddenly it blacked out. I brought it to the CP repair, and suggested to re-ball it, so i did what they suggested. After almost 12 days i got my phone back, it works smoothly and perfectly fine but the signal was gone. I can't use my sim card and data. And it lasted in just 10 days, it blacked out again. I brought again in the repair shop and they said that the problem might be the LCD.
Until now january 29, 2024, I can't use my phone and i missed it so much. :(

For my next phone I'm thinking about
Xiaomi 12t Pro

Using this phone since february 2021 , still runs fine w/o issues.
The single problem I ocured is the selfie camera wich is foggy when I use it , but doesn't bother me that much , the rear cameras works like perfect.
The battery is still good , still run apps/games w/o delays/lag.
I don't plan to change the phone next year also , but if this will happen , the next phone will be for sure also a xiaomi.

Anonymous, 07 Dec 2023NR is not available in Preferred network type. any info on this? starting to doubt it is not 5gsame person here, just went to the Service center for a software update and voila Preferred network type now shows NR Currently at 12.5.10 and no more problems in my home screen icons getting jumbled
Some notes though is they mentioned there is a risk of getting a dead boot if an attempt to manually update via computer guess i rolled the dice.
but for after 2yrs on my end to just notice lol

Jawir750, 26 Nov 2023I don't know, I've updated to the lastest firmware and no troubles so far.I thought it was a hardware problem at first with my Xiaomi 10t pro but when I updated my Xiaomi Xiaomi 8 which was working, charging fine before updating the exact same thing happened so I think it is the update that has caused it.

Exactly the same thing happened with my Xiaomi note 8 Pro after updating the phone software.
Are Xiaomi releasing software updates to break older phones or something.

SA mode is now available but Jio 5G is still not working. Whatta disappointing company.
