Anonymous, 28 Dec 20206,81 is too big. 6.81 is in name only
mi 11 6.81 3200x1440 71mm screen width
mi 10 6.67 2340x1080 71mm screen width
mi 10t 6.67 2400x1080 70mm screen width
mi mix2s 5.99 2160x1080 68mm screen width
mi mix (original) 6.4 2040x1080 76mm screen width
in fact, this phone is narrower ! than the mi10 and mi 10t.
6,81 is too big.
biggest disappointment is the punch hole selfie and the curved screen sides (all 4). actual flat area is lot less than suggested by the diagonal size.
klausPL, 28 Dec 2020Where's telephoto? from another site "In the camera department, the Xiaomi Mi 11 comes with a 100MP main sensor on the rear. It also uses a new 5MP 50mm telephoto macro camera as well as a 13MP 123° ultra-wide-angle camera. For video shooting, this device supports 8K resolution video. On the front, there is a 20MP camera that supports a large wide-angle panoramic group photo mode."
Where's telephoto?
great smartphone but lack of barometer sensor , why?
Ekott, 28 Dec 2020Is it a deal breaker for you?Considering the lack of expandable memory, that doesn't surprise me...especially when freakin' Nano Memory exists...
LFayez, 28 Dec 2020there is OIS for the main camera, read carefully. They JUST put it in. It wasn't the at first.
My next phone for sure
Brian, 28 Dec 2020USB 2.0?!? Is this confirmed?i assume yes, since its an offical spec leak by xiaomi themselves
IP rating?
USB 2.0?!? Is this confirmed?
The top bezel looks very odd.
If both, the top and the bottom bezel would be symmetrical,
the front view of the device would look much better.
Woww, what a phone!! When will launch in Pakistan, will badly wait for it!
Flagship specs(asides the camera).... Flagship killer price.
Nice one
Besides the inevitable exclusion of the charging brick in the box, the bigget disappointment for me are the cameras. To be more specific: still 1080 recording on front camera and the macro camera (I'll probably never use it, if they removed it, maybe there would space for other components)
Galaxy Ayman, 28 Dec 2020Downgraded camera apreture? Why Xiaomi?!Yeah, but I believe it is for good - the f 1.65 aperture was too wide and caused other problems at the corners of the frame, and "muddy" look. The more open - the better lens are required.
So f 1.85 could work better there. And the software tuning would give equal or better low light performance.
The question is - what sensor will be used in mi 11? Is it same HMX or modified 2nd gen (rumors were about HM3). Because there is still 4 in 1 bining, sadly.. But it now has 240/480 fps modes, which previously were impossible with HMX on Mi 10.
Wow I'm excited for this phone...
I'm speechless.
Xiaomi keeps surprising me
