Anonymous, 24 Jan 2014Is it the hardware that prevents this phone from using with LTE (4G network)?Right now, it is the hardware that prevents this phone from supporting LTE. Originally, the phone was supposed to have the SnapDragon MSM8974AB, which supports LTE. Due to supply problems, they were forced to temorarily use the MSM8274AB, which does not support LTE. It only supports HSDPA+. The next generation of Mi-3's will have the MSM8974AB and will officially support LTE.
AnonD-201526, 10 Jan 2014Actually, it has been updated to MSM 8274 AB, a version that doesn't support LTE (4G network). Is it the hardware that prevents this phone from using with LTE (4G network)?

I know Tony King (his english name) and he is a man of his word. If he says he will give you a 3 year warranty, then he will. I bought a Mi2s from him and it had a problem. I contacted him and explained the problem and he sent me another phone immediately. Most places would make you wait until they received the defective phone back. He didn't. He sent the phone to me and I sent the defective phone back after I got the new one. His prices may not be the lowest around, but I prefer to pay a few dollars more knowing that he stands behind what he sells. Oh, and he paid for all the shipping for the replacement phone and for sending the defective phone back!

On top of that they claim the phone won't be available until January 27th, 2014, when it is available now? I know, I have mine already.

Anonymous, 03 Jan 2014"Non-removable Li-Ion 3050 mAh battery" You should read the spec sheet than ask...The iPhone also says the battery is not removable, but we know it can be removed. Xiaomi offers a battery replacement service, so we know the battery 'can' be removed. You just need to know how to do it.
