You're right, Xiaomi never have the standards Apple have. And for that I'm thankful.
Apple overcharge for old technology where they pay millions for celebrity's to endorse their product (enforcing the cost on their customers), Xiaomi cut out the middle man and just make powerful/efficient/reliable/cheap but high quality products. They advertise through the phones speaking for themselves, not for your favorite music artist to tell you a 'paid for' opinion.

It is the best mobile in the midrange because it is not expandable.Top brand like Apple or Xiome is against the use memory card slot . Usb host is key of this mobile.
Specs are awesome but if it has expandable memory it is awesome mobile.
16Gb and 2Gb pair is a bad one, shame because that SoC is moderately nice (unlike that overheating 810)
the aspect that it doesnt give you freedom or contemporary styling needs is bad. but i love the specs and the possibly jaw dropping price.

Another 16GB non expandable storage? What the hell is Xiaomi thinking. Not to tell that even their flagship phones Mi3 and Mi4 are waiting for lollipop in the Era of Marshmallow..
if xiaomi doesnt want to put more than 2 slots in a phone they could at least have the other sim card slot be convertible into a microsd slot. they should know by now that 16gb doesnt cut it anymore.
