This is the best phone I have ever used in my life. Best display, amazing camera clarity, very fast processor (no lag at all), build quality is outstanding, Gorgeous look and light weight easy to handle. Then everybody is complaining about the heating of the device. Can anybody tell me, which phone will not heat having Snapdragon-615 and Quad-Core Processor. All the phones will heat while charging even Iphone also will heat up while charging (and you are paying 60K for the same).

The packing doesn't have earphones just buy it separately and Creative EP 630 are a good choice.

For those facing heating problem....plz root the phone and download CPU Z from play store and run the mobile without heating...
Asphalt 8 and GTA SAN ANDREAS are easily played by me.... those facing games lagging too pls root it or mail me on ps64472@gmail.com for further issues

Are you stupid? No exchange policy is really common in mobile devices and even market leaders will still require you to come to their service centre if you had defects. I have the mi4i here, np problems.

I actually love this phone.
I love its screen, camera (both front and back) also in dim light or no light it produces acceptable and uploadBle on instagram without editing pics.
The important thing is its ram and its processor
It do lag sometimes on default theme. When i changed the theme (downloaded) it did lag a lottttt.
I also hate its UI (updated to 6.6.6.0 i.e. latest available) for the thing dt it takes lots abd lots of ram. Out of 100% generally and mostly approx 50% was available when updated and no extra apps were downloaded by me while dt compared to asus zenUI in zenfones almost 60% to 70% is always available (always means after ram clear).
Also i want to mention that games like asphalt connot be played in high or medium visual quality in this phone (i checked it and midiym and high option cnt be selected, only low and very low an be slectd).
The phone us very much light, handy, feels nice while handing and looks are very good, but when it heats.. i feel really down for my phone.
The battery is good.
But one case dt i would tell about bttry is i was JUST using whatsapp. And within 45 Min. It ONLY charged 8%.
Whenever i use it while changing(here the usage including only surfing in UC browser/whatsapp/messenger.) It charge very very very very slow and also heats up a lott.

Has anyone updated to v6.6.10. Now it's available but changelog is not ready.what are the benefit of new version?I am not having any problem after updating to 6.6.6,my phone is working perfectly...no lags everything is superb.I don't know why people are facing so much problem?

Plz never ever buy this phone, My front camera not working, when i called customer care, they asked me to wipe user data, after that sound is not working. Completely messed up, this is really worst phone i have seen in my life

One of the worst experience. At first when I bought the phone I thought I had the best phone in that price range, it was working quite good. But after 1 month I was horrified by suffering with so many problem like Heating Problem, my screen goes blackout and I can do nothing at that time. Worst customer care, they dont give any solution . Pls don't buy this product

Dr.Griger, 08 Aug 2015I bought this phone two days back.Looks,camera and display are awesome for the price.But heati... moreI hav used mi4i last 2 months, but I was forced to change this device due to several problems like heating, lagging opening apps and gaming, rear camera was good but I hate its 5 MP front, also faces connectivity problem while using 4G cellular data etc etc. I switched to galaxy A5 and it is a great phone in comparison my previous and so far A5 sale is pretty much impressive here in China.
