I bought this phone two days back.Looks,camera and display are awesome for the price.But heating issue is a real headache.It heats within just 15mts of use.Internet usage through even 4g data connection is encountering lot of problems.Only very light apps like whattsapp,facebooklite works well.Youtube,google play,google chrome always encounters connection problems.Really upset over this issue.Have already got latest MIUI update also.Dont know what to do.

While calling on whatsapp the screen lights gets off.I'm unable to cut the call or turn on the speaker.i've turned off this feature from call settings.but it was resolved only for normal calling not whatsapp calling..What should i do?

adam, 21 Apr 2015dont buy this micro sdcardless phone !! 16gb is not enough Hi guys ,I bought this phone today morning , em happy everything is superb but the only issue is it's gets hot while using and while on charging as well accordin to my experience if phone gets hot while using or charging it means product is faulty kindly advice me what shud I do ? Do they replace the phone if it gets prob the very next day kindly help me by giving suggestion reply asap

I have bought this phone before 1 month ago nd still i havent face any type of problems ...people making fool about heating issue bt still i coudnt suffer any problem ..its going very smoothly

Use this phone for almost 1 week heating issue was fixed by latest update... so far so good no lag at all,camera was fine but not the best overall this phone is the best compare to my friend zenfone2 the only problem i get is the limited memory but that problem can easily be fixed by otg flash drive..the battery can last for a day with moderate usage..pull out from charger around 6am and can manage to survive untill 11pm with 10-15% left (use for whatapp,facebook youtube)im not into phone gaming so i cant tell about gaming on this device :)

ajju, 06 Aug 2015well, i would suggest to buy moto g 3rd gen instead of this one. Xiaomi and other chinese bran... moreDon't buy moto G3 over mi4i . Though the heating issues so the mi4i r serious but there r reason not buy motog3 which are not illustrated I the specs. Moto G3 has a big distance between its screen and its glass which make the display seem very cheap and the sharpness is just 294 PPP compared mi4i 441 PPi . Root mi4i as soon as it's aosp is available in the market and it will become better than moto G3. Though the moto G3 has expandable memory buy an otg for mi4i as if u change ur mobile in future u will have all the data and otg now a days are very portable and cheap ₹1000 for 32 gb. I would say buy mi4i over G3. In own both and frankly mi4i looks much better than G3 from a distance. Mi4i looks iPhone 5c where as moto G3 new metal body makes it heavy, the mi4i looks very posh.
