shaddy, 20 Jul 2015Same issue of battery drainage very fast.even in idle mode 1percent drain in evry 20 minutes.b... moreLatest updates battery draining problem 50% solved. Do factory reset (dont forgot to take backup).
Now its 1% decrease in 50 - 70 minutes.
Advantage of Latest Update:
Charging sign indicator
and after 100% charge, when unplugs cables, LED indicator getting off (earlier it doesn't gets off even after continuous usage or % decrease).

I have been using this device from around 40 days and writing my comments. The device heats up too much and the worst problem that i faced is that the front camera shows black red dots after update to new MIUI version. The issue has been listed on mi forums following link.

Also the device hangs in between. When i asked xioami /flipkart to resolve this, They did not respond positively and not replaced the device.
The device has not been tested before its integration in Indian market. Please go with other handsets rather than xiaomi. Thanks

I have a new one and it came full of malware, I've restarted and it happens again, so I've asumed all this (porn adds in browser, downloading .apk without permission, etc.) come from fabric, maybe not original Android??
Anyone with the same problem?

Xiaomi mi4i is good phone but some problem in phone.like dead pixels,battery drain fast after update,screen protector not available in U.A.E,normally screen scratch tested but until I love xiaomi

hi, is this really have a scratch resist glass?
I am using this without a screen protector, for now no scratches at all due to the dust and stuff. But I'm not sure will it survive for sharp metallic objects. Any opinion?

yeah, I had the same trouble. in standby, batt drains within 10h.
Then I reflashed it with MIUI Int Dev ROM (MIUI 6.5.6.0 Stable), now its fine. Seems batt. life is better than previous.
