But when the case is open, the phone screen will light up, and we can answer it normally, help!

Mi4i is superb phone that u can get in low price
i have brought this phone 3 months ago and still using it, camera quality is superb and never hanging phone.
Heating issues is quite common in every phone,if u use it heavy load basis.
and updates are also given by Xiaomi for the same.

Hi Guys,
I have been using this phone for about 2 month, I can list log of issue but to me this phone has lot og bugs in it.
1. You can't make basic call when contact update or sync is happening this is ridiculous then what the need of naming smartphone :)
2. Phone switches of suddenly during call or playing game
3. Though it's octa core I dont think it give full speed what it has to be may be just for name shake its octa :)

USSD codes are not working for any Service provider for checking balance.
Also
I am not able to configure my exchange account.
