i am using this phn from 3 weeks. and it is total waste of money.
after using this phn i have to say "chinies to chinies hi h aj b"
hanging problm, heating issue, poor network an wi fi problm.
its user interface is not stable. it shows sim card removed at least twice in a day. u cant play hd games coz they dosnt play smoothly.and its all updates are making it more worst. even subway surf game dosnt play smoothly. i am going to throw this phn. it sucks my head and not only me bt also so many frnd sof mine who bought this phn are completely disturb.
so plz dont waste ur money in chinies product.

I am using this Mi 4i since last 6th May. The problem is that it is over heating very soon. All other specifications are ok compare to money.

Snapdragon 615 chipset is a joke. I have used Samsung Note 3 neo (snapdragon 600) and Samsung galaxy a7 (snapdragon 615). Note 3 neo performed much better than galaxy a7. Try to avoid snapdragon 615 handsets.

The only thing mi4i beats s4 is in terms of dual sim and sunlight legibility.

This is my comparison between my s4 and mi4i. S4 beats mi4i in every aspect except battery. It has way better camera,sd card, way better looks and grip, earphones. I ran asphalt 8 on both of them and s4 hands on beats mi4i kn terms of performance. Mi4i lagged a whooping 10 secs from s4 in terms of loading game track. My suggestion is spend 3500 extra and go for s4. This beast still beats the hell out of todays midrange phones. And about the battery s4 has a fast charger and it charges 70% in one hour.

guys i have had this phone for two weeks. two updates. yesterday there was an update to fix the heating issue and I have to say that I am amazed that it is actually totally fixed. i was getting concerned about the heating but now its fine. i actually loved the phone except for heating issue. so now am a very very happy customer. just one drawback left- 16gb space. well that cannot be fixed. hope xiaomi add a sd card in future or atleast releases 32 gb phones atleast.
