Just make a hard reset press and hold power up and volume key... After that remove unwanted apps (remove any one browser, swalekh... ) clean using cleanr. That's all for heating issue... Seperb mobile at mid range...

Got this phone two days back. Colud not impress me. Heats a lot even in normal use. Volume rockers are sharp like blade. Battery charging takes lot of time. Where is quick charge??. I have read zenfone 2 reviews also. They ppl are also not satisfied with the phone. As i told earlier i have just bought huawei honor 4x which is quiet better than this rubbish phone. I wont recommend others to shell their hard earned money on this phone. Speaker volume is too not up to the mark and you can not hear an incoming call if lying on table. This phone should be around 7999 only one can take a risk....

Flipkart does not even refund money for this model. I bought it on flash sale and was extremely depressed by its problems. It heats up if you just turn it on.
A minute voice call heats it. 5 mins chatting on whatsapp heats it. Tried putting on a live wall paper and it was sluggish. Played a game with that and it was uncontrollably sluggish. Heating further up all the while.
All this time, the battery keeps getting drained.
Very distressed by my stupid plan of buying this phone. Should've waited for reviews to come out.

Gem of a phone. Very good, no lag at all. 5 stars for camera and screen.
Only drawback i found is the ringer volume is low. Hope they fix it in next update.

After 3 hours i put sim card in it now not able to recieve calls i:e neithr call pick button appears on screen nor i am able to slide unlock button.
