mi 4i is not worth for money. it will reboots automatically (daily 10 -20 times). i suggest dont buy it

Jot, 19 Apr 2016Smart Cover Mode under "lock screen" is not working on my Mi 4i. Any suggestions ? ThanksIt's actually a bug. Update to MIUI 7. I too had the same problem. I upgraded to MIUI 7 at service centre. Now the problem is solved.

Pros : Most guys don't look for that...they look for cons. But I am mentioning one pros and only on which compensate very cons.And that is :--------------
***rooting this phone does not void ur warranty***
Now lets look to the cons:------
1)very sluggish scrolling.
2)lagging some time(as example:- keyboard typingl)
3)heating problem(Lol in this budget evry phone have the problem)
These three r main.
Calm down....... there is solution of these problem.So what is that solution????????????
Just root ur phone......install a custom ROM(I am using Cm 12.1 by Wilson_3q) ......and flash cyron tweaks(or manually set ur governer and CPU frequency)..Done..,.....Now ur phone is awesome

Xiaomi: This company has attracted many people in India with its specifications and low cost compared to its competitors. Its just a kind of cheating by the company. If the phone works normally then you are lucky enough to own it. Once the phone starts showing problem, then its better to think to buy a new one (and you will also feel that the amount that u invested for your phone has got wasted...) The service provided by this company is worst. The officials sitting in the service centre (Kerala) doesn't care for the customers and are really arrogant. Also the work that they take doesn't fulfil in time (they don't keep the words at all). I will never recommend any of you to stick to phones of this company.

I use MI4i seenvLast five months there is no problem in it but my android ver is 5.0.2 LRX22G i need to upgrade to 5.1.1. what can i do. Please help me any body who now and another problem is when i open the voice search it message me " Can't open microphone" what can i do

mi4i will get the global rom from june 1st onwards.

I have brought this on august 2015. I have the problem of it automatically close all those application as force quit, some times it automatically back to home screen it take few second to back as normal
