I luv mi mobiles.The mi4i mobile is the best for camera quality but there should be a memory card slot for this.The inbuilt memory is not enough.It's getting very hot by using for long hours.
Best for everything but something:-).

Frankly you should get the latest version of miui v 7110 it fixes many bugs and has helped in synchronization to a smooth phone now.

Nice design and build quality evn though it's made from plastic.
The main problem is snapdragon 615 is a hot processor so miui throttle the cpu clocks down when it's getting warm causing it to lag.

Got problem related to battery of mi4i but when I went to Xiaomi's service centre in chandigarh they were asking for Rs 285 for opening and checking of moblie even the mobile was under warranty period, they took my phone inside the maintenance cabin and said " this mobile has some motherboard issue so you need to pay Rs. 6500" This was not expected from Xiaomi .
Already filed case against Mi...........worst service ever experienced

I wanted to ask about latest updates .. is it going to get Marshmallow as well .. ? does it have latest MiUi 7 .. ? or stuck at 6 ? Also, how long is it going to be supported with updates .. ?
Also about the hardware, how does it perform .. and how long does the battery stay on average use .. ? i read some issues with notifications showing on lockscreen and receiving them on time (i mean a delay of a message on messenger or whatsapp, due to battery saving modes, for example) ?

Best phone used ever by me. Best user interface. The best thing in xiaomi smartphones is that they provide update for every lag and problem. And the camera is uncomparable.

been using mi4i for 6 months the performance is good however now my phones touch got cracked and my touch wasn't working any more been used to samsung with gorrila glass technology which worked fine with the whole touch being smashed till display is fine i consider Mi4i a delicate ph. . moreover it does not even support tampered glass and screen guard as touch become worse with it .

Nitrous, 13 Jan 2016It is good:) Always keep the phone updated the latest version of miui 7110 is good as it fixes many bugs and has new themes and features too. Press uploader and follow the instructions for the update. Use WiFi connection.

i first thought of not buying seeing many reviews but when i bought it .it was a good phone i ever used.and my friends also bought it seeing its camera quality and performance.some heating problem while gaming.but i uninstalled games and its k..as amnot a gamer the phone is good for me

Mi4i is the best phone I've ever had so far... Considering buy another Mi, Mi5 could be my primary phone, redmi note 3 for my daughter and Redmi 3 for my daily tasks. I am really an happy Mi users, just hoping they don't disappoint me one day, haha.
