himalays, 30 Apr 2016how does honor 7 price compare to mi 5 ?Honor 7 is a bit cheaper unless the importer is willing to sell you the Mi5 with original price.
Swiftrider, 03 May 2016Unless you just jumped from some other world, you must have heard about the flash sale all the... moreBut you still get the mi5 on oppomart, honorbuy, everbuying, gearbest, spemall, etc, not only flash sale my dear
[deleted post]Unless you just jumped from some other world, you must have heard about the flash sale all the mi5 fans are cribbing about.
Mi5 is currently available only via flash sale. It happens tomorrow @2PM
[deleted post]Actually you hardly find products on MI site. Its promotional and brand building exercise. Headphones, cables, covers all are "Out of Stock". I suggest Xiaomi use "In Stock" labels which would look relieving. :D
Xiaomi is making wonderful products to increase its market value and brand value. The products are goods and yield low profit to Xiaomi and hence it is not interested in sales of the products. If you go to Xiaomi India website, there are few old products available for sales and others are "Out of Stock" always.
Does anyone having app closing issues?
I don't know what is wrong with my phone but sports trackers usually closed when I'm training and I lost records of that session. Even instagram and 9gag dies while browsing.
I get no error messages It just kills apps for no reason. I have tried changing all settings about permissions and battery saving but result is same.
I use bluetooth heat rate monitors, wireless cameras (gopro, canon etc.), BT speakers, gamecontrollers thus have "always on" "wifi, BT and GPS". Yet this phone is a true Nazi when it comes battery saving and turn off everything whenever it can. for me the struggle with the interface is real.
Dd, 02 May 2016Yeah it sometimes need second chance like other phonesMine no working at all and its kind of frustration now... I have started hating mi 5 now
I purchased the Xiaomi Mi5 for around 40% more than it's cheap price tag. It ended up costing around $80 less than I could have got an Iphone 6S, however, I was prepared to pay it to try out this awesome and hopeful looking device..
After using the phone for a 3 weeks, I picked it up one day and it did not turn on. It would not boot, it would not take a charge, it was dead as a doornail. It was never damaged in any shape or form (water or physical). Currently off getting fixed and I am being told it could take up to a month because "no parts are available yet". Xiaomi has no parts for their own phone? Never experienced a dead phone before without doing anything to a device. Never experienced such poor customer service. Unfortunately Xiaomi are still cheap china junk pretending to be something else. I would stay clear of this device!
