Any idea/rumour about the Black 64gb version being launched in India? Couple of months and no idea when the phone will be launched in India. Desperately waiting to buy a mid-range to higher range device, 30k INR is the budget and had short listed this phone.
next from xiaomi: modular design, dual-curved screens, shattershield screen, 4k resoultion, dual 12mp camera with "dualpixel autofocus", 3d touch, retina scanner, 6gb ram, a gaming mode, vr compatibility, b&o module and cam module, 4000 mah battery, sd card support, 10 led flash, super amoled, etc. essentially, specs from other flagships -_- might as well throw ios there for complete package
lihf`, 15 May 2016why do they not give card slot?If they give SD card then there 64Gb version become useless,

I saw the review from many people that there is network issues with Mi 5.A few days ago I also agreed with it. But it is not the fault of the phone. Firstly I am using reliance Sim and it looses network for a while many time in a day. Then 2 days ago I uses airtel Sim on the 1st Sim slot and on 2nd Sim slot I use reliance AND NOW THE PROBLEM HAS GONE. This proves that it is not the phone fault.
The probable reason for network lost may be
1.U didn't put the Sim in right way(seems to happen in my case).
2. Network own problem (or maybe a place where u r suffering from network fluctuations)
Been using iphone since iphone 3. And then i decided to change to android.
At the first time, i was looking at the oppo F1 plus, the phone looks promising. But then, many people said that phone is not worth it if you compare it with his price.
Later on, I saw this phone. The spec is awesome (even if you not buying the pro edition, you still get that awesome spec). Did some review on web, i can say that the review are 50% good and 50% bad. But from my experience, eventhough xiaomi phone are cheap, but what you can get it with certain price is absolutely brilliant. There is some people do the bending test on youtube, and yes the phone does bending with right force apply to it. But heyy, who's going to buy the phone that later on you wanna bend it (unless that the reason why you buy it)
It's been 3 days with the Mi5. All i can say is the phone really do what it intend to do. The software and hardware run smoothly. After unboxing, i runs Antutu benchmark and i got score of 108000. Its quiet high if you compare to certain phone. The phone feel nice on hand, slippery a bit (recommended to using any case). The camera quality is brilliant for both rear and front camera. On the daily task, i can use my mi5 for the whole day. The interface on MIUI 7 on top of android marshmallow simply amazing. Plus the fingerprint sensor, it really open you device in the blink of the eyes. The phone heated up only when i do heavy task on it and also when i charged it. And it only take approx 1 and half hour to fully charge the battery.
Overall, the phone is amazing. Changing it from iphone is not a bad decision (for me).
No slot for SD (32GB edition, 26GB usable)
No earphone (original packaging)
