Xiaomi Mi 5S to be revealed next week, press invites are out
Xiaomi has started sending out press invites for a September 27 event. While the invite doesn't explicitly reveal anything about the star of the event, the letter 'S' it features is enough to suggest that the Mi 5S will have the spotlight on that day.
The upcoming phone has been the subject of several leaks and rumors so far, with the latest one revealing that it will feature Qualcomm’s ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
As for specs, rumors so far have revealed that the handset will be powered by Snapdragon 821 chipset, and sport a 5.15-inch display. It will have 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The camera department will be handled by a 16MP rear camera, while a 3,490mAh battery will be there to keep the lights on.

Mi5 with 4GB/128GB currently retails at 2499 yuan. I believe there could be 2 versions of Mi5s...... 6GB/128GB for 2999 yuan and 6GB/256GB for 3499 Yuan.
