Anonymous, 19 Apr 2017Xiaomi is superior to any other smartphone manufacturer in the chinese market. Huawei is the best
Harwey, 27 Apr 2017Thanx for your comment, obviously we'll have to wait for mi6 to be properly tested by magazines... moreExactly. Don't be fooled by marketing, wait for independent scientific reviews such as the simple one GSMarena performs in their reviews to get an idea of what the audio quality is like.
peanut, 04 May 2017no jack too sighsReallReally

And no headphones slot
DR Ahmed Magdy, 30 Apr 2017i don't know what you mean but for xiaomi .. the mi6 is their flagship
and what i mean about... moreTotally agree,
mi6 weight is ridiculous.
i dont see any reason why mi6 is 40gr heavier than mi5.
their size is almost the same. so, is it about material ? i dont think so.
playing with 160gr phone for a long time use is p.i.t.a
Soshie, 01 May 2017No there ain't similar homie! Do you know it increases the cost of production when SONY adds w... moreSo you think that iPhones are made in the West? They are made by Foxconn in China and that's not a secret at all. The concept that "made in china" is sinonymous of bad quality is from the past century. Of course there are sort of slavery systems in many Asian countries (China, India and some others) but that doesn't mean poorly made.

Anonymous, 05 May 2017Why is it still quickcharge 3.0 when its using snapdragon 835?Probably for one of two reasons:
1. Qualcomm charges royalties for everything, such as using whatever QC version for charging, or their proprietary CDMA (3g) bands for the US.
2. The QC3 charging boards might have been more widely available and/or cheaper. It was rumored the Mi6 was delayed due to Samsung buying all 835 chips for the S8/+, maybe that also happened with QC4 boards. Note that GSMARENA lists the S8 spec with QC2, but in fact it uses it's own "proprietary fast charging" which I just believe is QC4 under some contractual branding lease, because companies are using fast charge as a marketing statement these days (e.g. ON3T Dash Charge).
Personally, I advise against using ANY form of quick charge, even when desperately required. Most phones these days don't have removable batteries and official, warranty-bound replacement will cost upwards of 100usd. Your batteries are likely to stay healthier up to 4 times longer if you decide to slow charge the device, but not all devices have the option to NOT use fast charge which is kind of a "we're screwing you with maintenance costs in the long-run, because you will come to us for replacements", right to your face.
Felt like this is a slightly larger version of Huawei P10, looks almost the same design
D8Sen, 02 May 2017IR blaster is gone? No. The IR blaster is still there.

Soshie, 01 May 2017No there ain't similar homie! Do you know it increases the cost of production when SONY adds w... moreYou have no idea ow you are mistaken. Even a quality can cost less than top brands ask for.
I have a Lenovo top model and for 2 years works with all possible excellence.
And cost like half price of brand new S8 even when was brand new its price was 399 eur.
Quality you speak of is a lie. In past we had a quality products they lasts for ages.
In present as soon as your guarantee is over your device die as well and you have to buy new one.
Or pay high cost for repair.
Sorry for my previous broken message.
When we can wait for some examples of pictures with Xiaomi MI6? Or a camera quality test?
