I have been using this glass too and now have one with a cutout, can't tell the difference between photos taken with and without the camera covered by the glass.

KaziMk, 07 Jan 2020Will it have MIUI 11 & Android 10?This phone will most likely get the Android 10, when, it is not known, Xiaomi doesn't tell. But Android 10 is already available in a Xiaomi.eu weekly build.

That makes the device looks good all this long period. plus you can see a similar to mi 9 lite which is mi8 lite . mi8 lite got 2 android update . and I presume the same for mi 9 lite.

Google blocked call recording apps for Android 9 (Pie) does the MiUi have a built-in call recorder or is there a call recording app that can still be used with the Mi 9 Lite?

In the Mi A3, Xiaomi managed to squeeze in a notification LED near the front camera, I can't see why they couldn't do the same with the Mi 9 Lite.

Can anyone tell me if there is perhaps a case for this phone that reflects the notification LED to the side of the phone so that it is more visible. As it is, on the back, I never see when I have a missed call or SMS.

When i use any dark mode its weird, when i scroll or swipe left right. its like lack behide letter or other in dark mode or maybe just my phone has a problem.

Fazeel, 23 Dec 2019Does MI 9 lite supports face unlock? if yes, then what region should i select to unlock the feature?If supports Face Unlock feature and you don't need to select India as the location.
I use this feature regularly, it's not as fast as it's on other phones(although I can't say it's slow either) and honestly I haven't managed to fool it no matter what I did(I used real photos, other phones or even 4K TV's and the phones doesn't unlock for 2d pictures).
It's a really nice feature to have taking in consideration that it's also fairly safe.
