SD636 is not as good as SD660 sure but that Asus have 5000mAh battery and well as Antutu score shows ~110 000 for SD636 and 118 000 for SD660 so there isnt that much of a lose with the SD636 with just 100 euro less in price. And well no 3.5mm jack is big negative for me too. As i have type-c plug phone right now and no 3.5mm jack then i have bought one AUX cable type-c to 3.5mm converter and it was somethng 2 euro from aliexpress and it lasted only a month and then was useless. I have one pair of in-ear headphones that have type-c plug and i use them right now and they are low quality.
If i cant get my self a phone that has good hardware something from snapdragon or exynos that have type-c with 3.5mm jack i have a lot to choose from. Redmi note 5 pro 3GB/32GB cost 160 euro. 4GB/64GB cost 200 euro. Nubia Z18 Mini has good dimensions and SD660 for around 300 euro up. It's black but it's with glass back and ii dont like that. Meizu E3 Has nice dimensions for 6 inch screen phone and has 3.5mm jack and type-c but is prices around 340 euro up and dont have B20 so when it comes with B20 then the price will be less i think. Cause have balanced out in that time. Lenovo S5 is a bit big for 5.7 screen and dont have B20 and price of 200 euro for SD625, type-c and 3.5mm jack.
You could start to put AMOLED screens on your devices. It would make them perfect! =)
Based on last year's Mi A1, can anyone guess when the international version (Mi A2) will launch?
If XIAOMI goes with this model on worldwide with Android One then Nokia 7 Plus will be sidelined. Specs are same and look at the price difference.
This is battery life test done by GSMArena on 4 Snapdragon 660 device.
1. Oppo R11, Battery Li-Po 3000mAh : Endurance 81 hour, 3G Talk time 18:48 hour, Web Browsing 11.38 hour, Video Playback 14:48 hour
2. Oppo R11s, Battery Li-Po 3200mAh : Endurance 77 hour, 3G Talk time 19:35 hour, Web Browsing 10:02 Hour, Video Playback 15:09 hour
3. Oppo R15 Pro, Battery Li-Po 3400mAh : Endurance 86 hour, 3G Talk Time 24:18 hour, Web Browsing 10:13 Hour, Video Playback 13:24 Hour

With result of this battery test I think Xiaomi Mi 6X/ Mi A2 battery test (if it will be tested by GSMArena) its will be around this figure. https://www.gsmarena.com/battery-test.php3
Wow! SD660! Perfect middle range!?
2900 mah battery capacity, no headphone jack? Lol Fail.
Great phone for $250. The battery is 3010mAh not 2900mAh. This is definitely the budget phone king for 2018. Lovely piece of work by Xiaomi
Too thin and too small battery for 6 inch screen, also very tall 158cm too huge.. there are phones oppo f7 6.23inch but 155 tall, bad xiaomi bad
Mi didn't go with there. 12 MP 1.40 pixels size sensor. That they given in mi MIXs2 and redimi note 5 china. They used old 12 MP 1.25 pixel size sensor. Big pixel size better low light. Picture quality will not be much better. Lets see how it will launch in india. It doesn't have memory sd card slot.
acidbat101, 12 hours agoDon't worry Roni, the sd 660 will make the most of the 3010 mah battery.5000 mAh always better than 3010 mAh, in any CPU type.
Alextheng, 11 hours agoI know that the dragon 6xx series are power-efficient but I still think that 2900mAh is too sm... moreIt appears that there is a typo from GSMArena about the battery capacity in the upper specs highlight noted as 2900mAh while in the full specsheet is 3010mAh :). Anyway, I am afraid that 3010 does not provide enough juice for a full day use
Pathetic battery. Some say it will be OK with SD660. I'll believe it when I see the battery life tests. Otherwise, no buy. I would go for the Redmi Note Pro instead.
I can already tell that the international version (A2) won't be released so soon. Otherwise, the Redmi Note 5 Pro will quickly become obsolete and the stocks will gather dust in warehouses. Personally, I was looking forward more to the next phone with the Surge S2 SoC (Mi6c or Mi7c) and hoping for it to be as compact as its predecessor but that will probably have a notch just like the rumored Mi7 so this Mi A2 is so high up in my list. The only phone that comes close to this on the bang-for-the-buck meter would be the Nubia Z18 mini but that is very unlikely to ever be released internationally, or at least in my region. The Meizu 15 could have been a great option if only Meizu quits being delusional, charging like it's a premium brand. Looking forward to own a Mi A2 after 3 mos.
