I have gone through all other mobile phones reviews and specifications, but I seem to like Mi A3 over others. Do you still recommend this phone? I am looking for a quality build, competitive processor with great cameras plus good battery life at less than 15 INR.

I have Xiaomi Mi4 and its display ... moreI have no problems reading ebooks in it, actually is one of the things i do. I only tested with pdf format. Keep in mind this is very personal and eyesight might be different.
Maybe you can go to a store to verify if you prefer one or the other.
Btw i think the sea side image Xiaomi choose for the phone screen cheapens it and it is quite bad. I replaced it after i got the phone.

Has anybody observed camera quality coming down after Jan update. Before update camera performance was excellent.

would it be hard to read ebooks on it?
I have Xiaomi Mi4 and its display is fine to me.
I also will use apps like Trello.
The Redmi Note 7 looks perfectly fine to me, though the camera is better in Mi A3.
So, if I make sure the display is ok for reading, I will have no problem to buy Mi A3.
(I'm traveling and I don't know any store here so I can test it in my hand to see how is it.)
