Had this phone for 3 years and it was a good friend.
Decent quality, regular updates.
Only problem was sound: minimum level too loud and not able to bring it down, whatever i tried
But still 5 stars for a good friend :)

Was waiting for another Android One phone from Xiaomi, but I guess no more.

After three years i can say that is a good phone but t has some problems with the program adroid.

bought one in september 2019, issues present are no ota updates and restarting if video is being played with screen off for extended periods of time. other than that this phone is so good and i hope it won't die on me ever

For those talking about the OS problem you're right, unless you're a PRO in flashing (not medium taking instructions from youtube because this might brick it seriously and make it unwanting to flash) never flash it by yourself. Give it to an engeneer in programming or a very specialist, because in my case, I first installed Elixir project android 12 Pixel Experience, it worked fine except for the fingerprint that doesn't work on screen off which I didn't liked it for it, then when I came to install back the original one it fucked up, got stuck on fastboot mode and never wanted to flash, took it to three different repairmen, until a found an old man looking like Steve Jobs who finally could with an expensive cost. (Double of what we usually pay) otherwise it's a great phone with fast manipulations and great colors and awesome back, aaawesome selfie, just don't mess with the OS and you'll be doing just fine

Flash some moddel miui conversion firmware. Much better experience and battery time than stock a1 rom.

Phone is okayish, there are some problems like unwanted restarts, screen burn in after only 2 years of usage. Avoid buying it, very bad software support from Xiaomi.

This is a nice phone but I recommend using the OS(Android 9) that comes with the phone..Do not update the device to Android 10 or 11,.. u will regret
