Hi everyone. Mi A3 or Mi A2? Please suggest. Performance is very important. And what about Mi A3 display? Is 720p display that bad?

klyzejr, 23 Sep 2019I have a MI A1, this doesnt look like an upgrade, disappointedI have a Pixel 2 XL and I came from the mi a2 lite, honestly thinking about switching back just for the battery and headphone jack.

Xiaomi launched A1 and A2 just for making its brand to the world, it's ultimate aim is selling phone with Xiaomi Rom. Therefore, A3 need not to be good.

Umer, 22 Sep 2019What if it has 1080p display and Qualcomm 675 or 712 There is similar phone from Xiaomi it's called Mi CC9 in China, and in global version it's Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite, but runs on MIUI. Like many said, that phone will be perfect for Mi A3, but thats is what it is :D

All better Xiaomi phones, even with cheaper price, than A series, have Xiaomi skin, and not, wanna be Pixel with Launcher3.. That kind of software only suits for HMD Global phones.. But i guess for 150 euros, this, Mi A3, brand new, even with 720p its ok, at least have good cameras, battery life, and its compact phone

Anonymous, 17 Sep 2019I'm not here to keyboard warrior, don't get me wrong but I think this phone is not for gaming ... morePlus for camera, the camera 2api is already enabled so you can install gcam without unlocking the phone bootloader. Previously, i use mi a2 as my my daily driver. The truth is 720p AMOLED display in mi a3 looks much better than 1080p IPS display in mi a2. Overall really satisfied for what I paid for. Terbaik.

I compared the camera of this phone with the camera of Samsung s6 phone. I get the impression that the s6 has a slightly better camera ?! Am I right?

matus, 20 Sep 2019Seen phone live, display looks normal. No pixel disaster happened. If you like a cheap pixelated 720p display and game lagging and stuttering phone, you don't need to pay $250 for that, $60 will get you there.

fingerprint is slow but not inconsistent in my case...yes, display is dim in bright sunlight outdoors...but I read somewhere that the phone display is capable of more than 500 nits but it is the software which is limiting the brightness. Brightness can be fixed by software updates in future.

Seen phone live, display looks normal. No pixel disaster happened.
