This is some serious innovation from Xiaomi.
There are some safety comcerns but atleast they are coming up with some futuristic concept phones. Not like Apple who are playing safe & coming up with anything innovative

Mi Mix Alpha going to be Front/back glass (Gorilla Glass), Titanium frame TC4.
So its going to be as fragile as most smartphones on the market. so i donno why u people make a big deal out of it.

Royole used to have the title for ugliest/dumbest design for a foldable, but Xiaomi has somehow managed to outdo them by creating something no one with a quarter of a brain would have ever thought to do.
