Hakan, 23 Mar 2015Hi all, I'm not in China, where can I buy it?Malaysia
I have been using this phone for a month. It's awesome. The specs truly live up to expectations. Only downside is that it's slippery since the back is also glass.
Battery lasts for 2 days. That's both data and wifi switched on. Sync is also on.
You don't need extra storage for the 64gb model
Camera is fantastic and better than Samsung Note 3. Love the age showing when doing a selfie.
Processing is flawless due to the snapdragon power and 3gb memory.
Lte works with Globe and not with Smart. It's dual sim so not a problem.
Agai, aawesome phone.

The 1080p version already has a bad battery life
imagine w... more Ya, the phone really needs improved power backup upto three folds, corresponding with the screen resolution density.
Micro SD card slot & user removable battery are very much essential features in developing countries.
My first smart phone - Redmi 1S
When i think to update it, Compared Redmi note & Yureka & selected Yureka.
If i go further, the available good options are Mi note & Zenfone2. Definitely Zenfone2 will be will be my next phone

This is going to dead phone by the time it comes in the market as already competitors are in the market with more features.
I'm impressed by this Xiaomi note model. Xiaomi really making stride on this. From the video, you can see the quality is there. Not really expensive n it's affordable . Looking forward for the launch in Malaysia.

I have read numerous places that this phone will not work with networks in the United States. Is this true? Will the phone work with networks in Mexico?
Tk, 27 Feb 2015Hey Guys,
Ive never owned a Xiaomi phone before and i wanted to check in regards to downloa... more1. Easy to install Google apps / Play Store
2. Simple to switch language to English.
MIUI is a great ROM with constant updates and a worldwide support base in terms of languages.
I have to say, side-by-side with my Note 4, this thing really does hold its own. Yes, there's no removable battery nor S-Pen which are killer Samsung features but that's the price premium you decide on (or not).
Ive never owned a Xiaomi phone before and i wanted to check in regards to downloading apps does it have a playstore? or can i download the google playstore into the phone?
Also, since im not chinese speaking, would there be problems for me using this phone? i mean are there any instances where i wont get the notifications in english?
Thanks a bunch!
Managed to get one today despite them selling out ridiculously fast in the flash sales (resellers with bots buying stock).
Although this isn't the Pro 2k version, next to my Note 4, it still looks and performs really well. I actually prefer the 1080p display as to many 3D games lag on the Note 4 after 5 minutes of gameplay. Need much better GPU and software optimisation before 2K is smooth. And 386ppi is hardly low-res.
Simply put, at 43% cost of a Note 4 or 40% of a 6 Plus, lots of people will forgo a heart rate sensor and fingerprint scanner.
Anonymous, 21 Feb 2015Xiaomi Mi note, sure not S5I'd go rather to lg g pro 2 almost same price and specs yet far better than xiaomi
Carina, 21 Feb 2015Samsung Galaxy S5 and Xiao Mi note, which one is better? Pls advise me... if u are seeking for performance go xiao mi , bcoz , this type has 3 gigs of ram which is better than s5 that only has 2 gigs , the proc type is same snap 801 krait 400 clocks at 2.5 ghz , yet xiaomi has its own special Android User Interface called MIUI , it is more like ios than android i tot , BUT , IF u are seeking for minor perform ( a little i guess ) and a more appealing major looks , people will go like "wow , a s5 , not bad in the wallet) . It is up to you , Just for Information , im a xiaomi mi3 phone , this xiaomi thing just came up to my country (Indonesia) just about 4 months ago , and i ve been using this mi3 since 10 months ago , and most of my friends said , wtf why would u buy MiTo Phone ( a super cheap and low performance phone , China Products , search google for more info ) ?? then after August 2014 , they starting to know what is XiaoMi , and guess what , MY Mi3 has outdated for nearly 1 year and half since it's debut on 2013 , and yet no single lag issues . And For another information , im an ex user of s4 and im using s5 right now too . As i expected s5 still lose to Mi3 although mi3 spec still lack off about 0.2 ghz of quad core procs , yet the performance still much better than s5 , so im going to sell this s5 haha
