I have this phone for over 4 years, all i can say is that its still good phone, no issue with camera or screen, only with battery capacity, but still its 4yo mobile device, so it cant be perfect.

Despite owning this device less than three years since purchasing it new. I am encountering a common issue that seems to be affecting many other Xiaomi users simultaneously. It's peculiar that thousands of users are facing similar problems at the same time or when time pass. Based on my past experiences, even when under warranty, Xiaomi has been unresponsive and unwilling to assist with such issues and others. The persistence of this widespread problem raises concerns about the effectiveness of Xiaomi's customer support. And they really don't care, they have a gigantic market.

A few weeks back, both Cameras stopped working with error 'Camera Error'. Then a few days back, it took a lot of time to restart. Yesterday, it stopped detecting my sim so I restarted it thinking it might solve the issue. Upon restart, the phone is stuck at boot and random green and purple lines showing on screen.
I hope your phone is in better condition so enjoy while it lasts.

I think it should be use only 2 to 3 years than you should sell it

Very solid device, more than 3 years of good work with no issues, but suddenly died during charging (I blame the outlet tho)
