Can anyone confirm whether it has QHd or FHd panel.....many people are saying it's QHd

Tiny camera sensor for a 22.5 MP camera. Display should have a QHD resolution
It has been said that the human eye cannot differentiate between 330 and 450. So there is no gain in the investment for it. So in the 380's is already more than the human eye can differentiate.
poor ppi? nobody will ever see individual pixels above ~300 ppi. thank god some manufacturers won't jump on the bandwagon and keep the screen resolution on a reasonable level.

Are you sure about the dimension? Xiamoi announced a 77,2% screen to body ratio when your dimensions give a 74,2%
To say I'm disappointed in an understatement. No QHD display and such a low PPI, no dual camera, no OIS, no water resistance and more expensive than expected.
This is poorer version of the s7 edge, and you get what you pay for.
Not a flagship killer this year unfortunately.
And I truly believe that FULL HD is enough for flagship phones, even if the technology keeps evolving. But until it evolves in such a manner that the display won't make your battery go dead after 1-2 hours of using the screen, I'm not finding the need of having a QHD display like on my LG V10. You won't see a difference in quality between FHD and QHD, no way. And more, we could have bigger batteries because the screen has a lower resolution, not compromising the phone's thickness also.
From my perspective, I believe this Xiaomi Mi Note 2 could be the best phone till now. Let's see what the software looks like, how it behaves on a daily basis and why not, what this monster camera provides?
