ssbatman21, 25 Oct 2016This smartphone's camera is the definition of mediocre... Wtf is wrong with xiaomi??? Why is... moreread it properly its 1/2.5 sensor size and 1um pixel size means better low light images....
Everything is good except 2-3 things. It should have been 2K. For VR people 2K is necessary. The cam sensor is so small also no OIS , so it will not be a very good low light shooter. And they should have gone with 7.0 Nougat. Though if they update it to 7.0 or even 7.1 in 1-2 months that would be excellent.
AnonD-596010, 25 Oct 2016But unfortunately it has no ois or eis it has eis
Xavier, 25 Oct 2016 No OIS?? Smaller pixel size!! WTF Xiaomi?? No Nougat. Who giver a shit about 5 to 10% of perf... moreThat sensor is made by Sony so they should also take that blame. Also even Pixel XL does not have OIS.

All specifications are perfect except the Screen Resolution. It should have QHD if it has 5.7 inch screen
No OIS?? Smaller pixel size!! WTF Xiaomi?? No Nougat. Who giver a shit about 5 to 10% of performance improvement over 820. Stop launching new phones every other month. MEDEOCER phone.......
This smartphone's camera is the definition of mediocre...
Wtf is wrong with xiaomi???
Why is the sensor smaller than its current flagship?
Why is the pixel size so small....??
Who need 23 mp cam with bad quality ???? When we can have a 12 mp one with bigger sensor and bigger pixels....
This phone is very good in everything other than camera.
Its a low light nightmare......
I saw a post that said it's going to have a QHD display
Great device otherwise, hope it has a QHD display
Can anyone confirm whether it has QHd or FHd panel.....many people are saying it's QHd
Anonymous, 25 Oct 2016poor ppi? nobody will ever see individual pixels above ~300 ppi. thank god some manufacturers ... moreDepends on the distance between your eye and the screen. Check how eyesight is measured (400ppi is for 20/20, if you have eg. 40/20 you'll see the difference).
Tiny camera sensor for a 22.5 MP camera. Display should have a QHD resolution
It has been said that the human eye cannot differentiate between 330 and 450. So there is no gain in the investment for it. So in the 380's is already more than the human eye can differentiate.
