Xiaomi Android Rumors

Xiaomi launched the Mix Fold 3 last August, and now it's working on the Mix Fold 4, possibly due for a summer release too. Today the prolific Weibo leakster Digital Chat Station has shared a list of the Mix Fold 4's specs. It's not a full list of specs, but it does give us a lot of details about the upcoming foldable smartphone, so let's dive right in.

The Mix Fold 4 is going to have a smaller crease on its folding screen compared to its predecessor, support for two-way satellite communication, possibly an IP rating for water resistance, a custom x-axis linear vibration motor, and a weight between 220g and 240g. The hinge has been strengthened, and should be even more durable.

The device will come with 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, a battery at least 5,000 mAh in size with support for 100W wired charging, and a 50 MP large aperture main rear camera alongside a new periscope lens. Of course there will be an ultrawide too, and probably also a second telephoto just like in the Mix Fold 3.

It's expected to use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset of course, and these specs sure do make it seem like a very worthy successor to the Mix Fold 3.
