I experience the charging issue too. At first, it's fixed with spacer trick on the flex cable but now it really needs charging board replacement. A bit sad but I guess it is time.

I had a issue with battery charging. First it was a charging board issue, the repair shop soldered it and fixed in 5 mins... second, the charging cable is loose, i added paper to make it tight. No problem since 3 months ago

Used for 1 year 7 months, great phone with low price & high spec, good battery life. The issues that i only encountered is the charging issue (loose flex cable at lower section due to multiples falling of phone?) temporary fixed by diy by adding some pressure

I have two Poco F2 Pro 8GB/256GB phones, bought them at exact same time and both of them have this weird issue that just after your 12 months guarantee ends up, both of them stop charging. One after 14 months, second after 15 months. When you press it at the place where the flex cable is connected to the mainboard, it starts charging again. It is a known issue of this phone. Apart from this, I had some issues with GPS suddenly losing the lock in the middle of the big city driving (that is very helpful when you don't know where to drive, reboot helped). Otherwise it's a nice phone, would be a keeper if not that battery HW issue..

Hey bro, any new introduction in 12.5.5?
I have 12.5.3 and it's working flawlessly still. Did they introduce the horizontal recents app screen (option to change the recent apps to look like that of iPhone) ? It exists in 12.5 in other phones through HOMESCREEN - RECENTS - Arrange items in recents

i have this device for almost 2 years. at 2019, it's turbo charging really helped me. But, after few months using it I realized that abnormally quick charge can damage the battery cuz the heat can actually kill the battery.
also I don't like MIUI. It's too similar to iOS. And so buggy. So, I moved to LineageOS and it feels great

Just happen a month ago. After 1 year and 1 month using Poco F2 Pro, it got the charging problem. Need to send to service centre. Of course I have to pay for the repair since the warranty only for a year, fortunately only minor part not functioning properly.
The culprit just like other user got, which is Mainboard flex problem. All updates are good. The only thing that I dont like about this phone is not loud enough on headphone. Even mic is not loud. But its bearable.
Gonna save more money, just want to try to change to Iphone after using android for so long. Hahaha. Peace.
