I see a user here who've gotten 670 Mbps net speed on 5G. I've also toggled on PREFER 5G, and 5G ain't showing because my area doesn't have it. So, Xiaomi has fixed the complaint you've been spamming everywhere here, and you turned to say that it's fake 5G.
I hope you ain't paid to advertise against Xiaomi, because the way you've been attacking this phone is becoming suspicious

I've done that (turned on prefer 5G) and for days now, I've never seen any 5G logo, because I don't have 5G in my area! There's nothing like "fake 5G logo"

After update to MIUI 12.5
Accessibility menu on corner is stuck and I can't remove it in any way !
In settings Accessibility menu is off, but icon is stuck and can't disable or remove it from corner and buttons

Selvakumar, 28 Aug 2021I got net Speed 670 Mbps from Ookla Speed test, it's not fake 5g What's your exact Poco F2 Pro model/variant and what's the exact software version? If it's older than MIUI 12.5.2 then there's no 5G issues. Update to MIUI 12.5.2 and you'll be stuck with 4G only connection that Xiaomi maliciously labels as 5G. You'll know once you do Ookla speedtest. Connection will be shown as 'LTE' but the phone signal tells you it's 5G. What a fakery by Xiaomi. The previous software version at least had real 5G but it turns off the other SIM when you choose 'Prefer 5G'.

Tap the SIM card you are using for mobile data. Next, under 'Preferred network type', tap 'Prefer 5G'. You'll instantly have 5G logo on your data network even if your area has no 5G. And even if you move to an area with strong 5G signal, you'll still be connected to 4G/LTE as evidenced by ookla speedtest.

The network logo displays 5G if you choose "Prefer 5G" but it is still actually connected to a 4G network. It will NEVER connect to a 5G network even when 5G signal is strong and is available. It's basically displaying '5G' logo all the time if you choose 'Prefer 5G' but the truth is, it will never connect to a 5G network even when 5G is available.
The Poco F2 Pro has gone from bad to worse. The latest MIUI 12.5.2 update has disabled real 5G and made it a 4G only phone. Although you'll still see the fake 5G logo on your network signal (which really is 4G). You'll realize it's fake 5G because speedtests (Ookla speedtest app) will consistently show slow non 5G speeds and the speedtest app shows 'LTE' (instead of '5G').
BE SERIOUSLY WARNED: If you're a 5G user and want real 5G, DO NOT UPDATE to MIUI 12.5.2 which transforms the Poco F2 Pro phone from a 5G phone to a 4G only phone!

After 1 year miracle happened, battery got increased. As per Xiaomi's official website and specs, battery capacity is now 5020 mAh, not 4700 mAh as per GSM.

The fake 5G display logo on the network is a scam.

Anyway, I'm using the Version and it's so smooth.
Nevertheless I ain't happy that they've not put an option to change the recents app tab to be either vertical or horizontal, like in other devices with miui 12.5. I wonder what's difficult there

Im on miui 12.5 for some time now. Its smooth and working fine.
Some issues with dubble apps but besides that everything is fine.
