Healthy muscle tone, stronger grip from holding a significant amount of weight is good for health: it helps prevents fractures brought about by frail bones and weak muscles.
If you mentioned you like phones to be lighter weight because it's just your preference since you'd rather carry a much lighter phone with a charger or powerbank all the time, I would have understood.

For the same reason, I use Plastic screen guard and Simple Clear Case which has less than 20 grams weight. With these, my 153 grams phone weight goes around 172-173 grams. So imagine where 220-230 grams phones weight will go with tempered glass protector and durable and strong case. I will be close to 280 grams or so and it is not worth.
considering i own two of these, well my wife has the white, mines blue. hers just randomly STOPPED charging today out the blue. dont know if actually taking it apart to see if the charging port is going to help or not but at this point im pretty upset as its only 2 months old/used anyhow.

Understanding the really bad effects of those additional 50-60 grams is beyond your capability. You can continue to use these phones, I am happy for not using it for next 10-15 years or more also unless the phone fit into my criteria of buying.

The way we need to hold the phones and the effect it will have over the period of time is what will cause you multiple injuries and issues with the fingers and bones.

As for bloat, all phones regardless of manufacturer have it, even Google's Pixel phones and you can't uninstall them. Just take a look at all apps from Google which most people barely use or don't use at all and try uninstalling all of them if you can.

To complain about the Poco F2 Pro's excessive phone weight and the 'harm' the extra weight causes to a person when it's only 219grams is downright ridiculous.
Be thankful the extra weight helps improve and strengthen hand grip and hand muscle coordination. You'll be thankful for it when your 60 years old or older as strong grip and hand muscles prevent falls and fractures from frail bones and atrophied muscles.

Yes, it is heavy. Arms start hurting when being used for longer periods.
But 150g - that's only phones like Pixel 4a, iphone 12 mini, etc. ...
Most phones now are 180-200g, sadly...
I am an iPhone user and I have a great feeling about the coordination of hardware and software and I admire it but we have to be realistic. The iPhone 12 Pro Max, which has a screen size and dimensions almost the same size as the Poco F2 Pro, weighs more than that. Also, Samsung Note 20 Ultra is only 10 grams lighter than the Poco F2 Pro.
Lets not look at brands with prejudice.
AnonD-961247, 17 Dec 2020And who asked Xiaomi to give that Pop up camera and increase weight by extra 50-60 grams? Because selfie camera holes are UGLY, UGLY, UGLY! Can I not stress it enough? The Xiaomi engineers made design compromises that eliminated that UGLY selfie camera hole while at the same time, not skimping on the cooling system or reducing the battery capacity, or putting a cheap, plastic body, which, frankly is a wise decision, at least until under display selfie cameras or lightweight, high capacity graphene batteries become feasible.
Besides, you're going to replace phones every two to four years anyway, so what 15-20 year health concern are you talking about just carrying and holding daily a measly 219gram weight? Doctors even advise people especially the elderly to not only do aerobic activities but resistance training (weight bearing activities) as well to retain bone density and muscle mass in old age, which are crucial in maintaining good bone density and good glucose control to help avoid or mitigate osteoporosis and diabetes.

Seriously? You'll actually get more adverse effects from typing on a regular desktop computer keyboard daily or from using bluetooth earbuds and headphones daily for 15-20 years of use than from some purportedly dangerously 'heavy phone' that's lighter than the lightest 300gram iPad mini (2019).
