You can get it in settings - 'About phone'. Do include additional info like the sequence of letters and numbers after the 12.2.6. That way I'll know what region it is ans if it is official, stable, global MIUI software/ROM or another. I have factory reset my phone ans it doesn't appear. If the option is present in some Poco F2 Pro variants, and other users here with the exact same model/variant and software as yours can confirm the presence of that option then I can finally confirm if Xiaomi is giving other Poco F2 Pro users beta software officially disguised or labeled as 'Stable'. Another evidence of Xiaomi's horrible software support.

And about your issue with the full screen i haven't encountere it . I have the full screen option and once I enable it there's no bar no middle button it's 100% full screen.

And I'd like to emphasize, I'm not talking about hiding the navigation bar in the Poco F2 Pro. I'm talking about hiding and getting rid of that bottom center bar (some call it a line) that's left chopping off bottom content when the Poco F2 Pro is in full screen display mode.

I am from Indonesia and Used Poco F2 pro since august 2020, at first there is no problem in using it. But since every time i upgrade MIUI , the user experience become worse and worse. how an earth the update not to solve the issue instead of adding a new ones such as wrong notification in whatsapp, poor picture in picture stability and lag, and the most disturbing one is the touch delay issue. MIUI is the worst android OS since this MIUI12 update. Not Recommend to update or tto buy the phone at this OS

BEN90, 09 Jun 2021That option is in 2.2.5 which I'm currently using, and everything else works like champio... moreWhat option? If you mean option to rollback to Android 10 from MIUI 12.2.5 (Android 11), no, Xiaomi disabled rollback even if you have unlocked the bootloader. If you mean option to hide the ugly center bottom bar that chops of content in Android 11, NO, that option never existed in all versions of MIUI up to 12.2.6 that are based on Android 11. As far as I know, only Samsung's Android 11 based OneUI 3.0+ has the option to get rid of that ugly bottom center bar that chops off content in Xiaomi phones and that even Android One phones and Pixel phones don't have an option to remove.

At least I've seen a reason not to update to 2.2.6 that I've left pending
Dani, 08 Jun 2021Of course you can update to 12.5 version when it arrive even if you don't update to 12.2.6Alright. Thanks dear. I thought it wouldn't even show in my updater since I've left 2.2.6 pending

So stop telling me you can hide that ugly bottom center bar that chops off content by going to Settings - Additional Settings - Full Screen Display - Hide Full Screen Display toggle because that 'Hide Full screen Display' toggle you mention doesn't exist even on the latest official global ROM MIUI 12.2.6 of the Poco F2 Pro!

You should also try owning other phone brands like Samsung to see that Samsung's more mature and a lot more refined One UI 3.1 allows you to hide that stupid bottom center bar in Android 11 so it doesn't chop off content. And you should also see just how bug free navigation gestures and full screen display modes are in Samsung phones, even on Android 11 and using ANY custom launcher like Nova launcher.

My updater started showing 12.2.6 just two days after I updated to 12.2.5. I really don't wanna update to 12.2.6 because some reviews about it ain't good.
My question is, if I refuse to update to 12.2.6, will I still receive the 12.5 update?
That's the one I wanna update to
Anonymous, 02 Jun 2021Let's hope that's the case (that is, a few bad batches). I wouldn't pin my hope... moreI doubt if it's a design flaw. I and many users still haven't experienced this. Maybe, only the first batch that got produced had that issue (That's May 2020 batch).
