I'... moreGo ahead, the US released S20+ with snapdragon 865 processor and 5G can be a better phone overall at twice the price, but still: you are going to sorely miss the punch hole free display, plus the GCam with Night Sight on this phone which is excellent but which you can't have on the S20+ if you choose the cheaper Exynos model. And there's a force dark mode toggle for individual apps including those that don't support it - which Samsung still can't do. Then there's the IR blaster that I tried not to miss, but I just really need one but Samsung did away with them a long time ago. Then there's the headphone jack that's just a very versatile and useful interface for unlimited and high quality music listening (plus you can use it too for selfie sticks that don't ever need charging or pairing by bluetooth because these sticks operate the shutter with volume up or down just like a wired headset to take a selfie photo or video). If you can let go of those, and are willing to shell out twice for the 5G US version S20+ with snapdragon 865, you won't miss the Poco F2 Pro at all. Otherwise, think twice before selling it to buy the S20+.

If you are ready to forgo that Chipset,then every other hardware advantage can be overlooked..

There is a beautiful screen display when the phone is plugged for charging. The display goes off after a few seconds. Is there a way one can keep the display on while the phone is still being charged?

But when you are playing competitive gaming I think 60hz is not enough for you. Maybe I suggest Poco x3 NFC or Poco m2 pro more with that 120hz display. And that Snapdragon 732G on Poco x3 NFC or Snapdragon 720G on Poco m2 pro is enough for gaming. Yes yes Poco f2 pro has Snapdragon 865 is really big performance but with only 60hz you will never use it everything. But if you want that Poco f2 pro because it has really great camera and no notch or punch hole, if you want flagship camera and processor for that low price and 60hz display is enough for you I suggest Poco f2 pro more than iPhone xr.

If purely just compare with true gaming phone, this phone don't has stereo speaker, and it's speaker is not front facing.
Then, it's screen is only 60hz, maybe some might complain the cooling is not as efficient than true gaming phone.
If you are not bothered with these then this is already a very good gaming phone, provided it has AMOLED screen, SD865 processor, big battery, enough cooling, full screen non punch hole display.

Mi 10T pro will be good at camera side bt with Google cam, i tink Poco f2 pro will be great option especially for de price in order to save some cash.
