It's been a month since I ordered it but bluetooth earphones are not connecting since the beginning.. I tried using sony headphones but sound doesn't come sometimes.. So I ordered wired boat earphones but no sound is coming but I can see the song is playing.. Please tell me what to do.

sound control doesn't work after connected to flip 3.but works fine with moto, mi, samsung, realme

After updated MIUI 12.0.2.0 the poco m2 pro fingerprint is note working please solve this problem.

Akshay, 28 Nov 2020Same problem here. I think it is software bug. Company should fix it with an update.I have purchased 2 months ago, Having same problem that I could not hear properly the receiving call, it is quite low, shall i replace the phone or any solution available?

In my poco m2 pro frequently call waiting and conference not working...I changed device in that it's working...I also changed sim and network...but frequently issue continues ...when I restart it's working again after 1 day same problem started ...pls help

Sp, 12 Dec 2020Reciver and speaker complaintSoftware bug. The only way to solve this is to restart the phone. I used this phone for a month and then exchanged it with my cousin's Galaxy M21 and that was a good decision by me. This phone might have good performance due to the Snapdragon 720G Chipset but don't forget, MIUI is a bug infested UI and Xiaomi never cares about their Budget or Mid Range Phones.

Anonymous, 24 Nov 2020my battery drains like a 2000 mah phone after miui 12 .did all battery saving tips but nothing... moreHello there. I had the same issue with my device. The Battery as draining faster after the MIUI 12 update. I was getting around 6 hours, instead of the usual 8 or 12 Hours. Just take it to your nearest MI service store and have them check it. I gave mine to the local MI store and they fixed the issue. They said that it was a software issue. After getting my phone back, the battery life, has improved. Getting around 8-10 hours. But it still feels like it drains more than it should. Hopefully it is just a software issue and MI will fix it if we complaint about it long enough.
(P.S- if you take it for servicing ,MAKE SURE to BACKUP. I didn't know ,that would take the device away (was under the impression that they will just do some magic right there and fix the damn thing). And ended up loosing a lot of photos and text messages.)
