Poco should have used sony sensor on poco m2 pro...
I'm not that satisfied with poco m2 pro camera....
There are problems related to software: playing games without gamemode cause problem of auto pause, main problem floating window automatically open while playing video on YouTube. Hardware is good batter than samsung m31 series. Good power optimization

It only had 1 Camera but still it takes better photos than my Poco M2 Pro and Note 9 Pro. Only quantity no quality these days.
Look this chines phone making companies are more to business minded and launching eye catchy product regularly for marketing, they intentionally put bad software bugs with their OTA update to degrade the quality and forcing customers to buy new one. No mobile companies in this range provide a perfect phone (Even though they can but they don't). I had a Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini pro (2011), I used that phone for 5 years, after that I sold that, Believe me that was a true quality phone, never disappoint me. Today's phone companies providing 4 cameras while other 3 cameras are totally gimmick, Nokia N73 has 3.2 Mp camera and Sony Ericsson k800i also the same, both can take better photos than Todays 64mp camera Smartphones, Because that time companies thinks about quality and now they think about quantity.
Don't buy pocco m2 pro .the mi company told it was protected by Corning gorilla 5 glass protected in front and back panel ..... But it was not gorilllla .it was pure and fine plastic it will be broken into fine peaces
phoneuser, 23 Dec 2020Is this rebranded note 9 pro?I have been using the Poco M2 Pro/ Redmi Note 9 Pro (Global)/ Redmi Note 9 Pro (India) for last 3 months. Extremely happy with the purchase hence thought to share my views. Xiaomi is creating a lot of confusion in consumer minds by launching the same phone under its different sub brands. After digging a bit I found the same phone is sold in different countries with minor spec differences.
First, let us move from lowest to highest variant to see the real spec differences:
Redmi Note 9 Pro (India): Phone + 48MP main rear shooter + 16MP selfie + 18W wall charger
then,
Poco M2 Pro (India): Phone + 48MP main shooter + 16MP selfie + 33W wall charger
then,
Redmi Note 9 Pro (Global): Phone + 64MP main shooter + 16MP selfie + 30W wall charger
then,
Redmi Note 9 Pro Max (India): Phone + 64MP main shooter + 32MP selfie + 33W wall charger
The same phone is sold in different countries with subtle changes like camera sensors & design language. Like M2 Pro (India) following Note 9 Pro (Global) design language to differentiate it from the other Redmi Note 9 Pro variants in India. After a lot of though I settled for the Poco M2 Pro [6/64 GB] @ INR 11.4K [$153] under offers from an online retailer. To me the Poco M2 Pro is a phenomenal device for casual users. To me it justifies on all ends.
I should have gone with Realme 6. That phone has a 90Hz screen with G90T SoC which is almost similar in performance to 720G. Also at the same price (~₹13k) you also get 6 GB RAM. :(
But yeah I'm planning to try Custom ROMs on it, so it's fine I guess.
Poco m2 pro doesn't support HDR10. But gsmarena mentioned it supports.
