I have faced a problem while charging the POCO X2 device. Although, it has been hardly 45days after my purchase the phone has started showing this kind of problem. Initially, it used to take charge while I shake the device, now that also seems to be not working.
This is the reason I am thinking of switching to a premium brand like Samsung. Other companies merely give preference for taking care of customer satisfaction, rather than just increasing the number of sales.

From the experience of past few months I found some drawbacks.
1. Network coverage : now you might think it has dual 4g settings but believe me you will not get 3g and 4g everywhere because of it's limited number of bands. A poor reception capacity at this range
2. Filler camera: Macro camera is not as good as the 2x of primary
3. Locked fps: in some games you cannot go beyond certain fps with good resolution. They might have locked it because of poor battery usage and to reduce heat generated

Real cheap Chinese phone. A lot of bugs; fake sensor; heating problems; cheap frame; phone jack issues. Find a better mobile to invest in.

Purchased 3 months ago. The camera performance is far far inferior to MIA2. Even While normal working, the set is very very hot. More over it casuses severe irritation to the palm especially between the fingers. Poco is going to release poco X3. Never purchase these type of brands.

I brought poco x2. Within two week I noticed a bug and software issues.within one mouth poco x2 's sensor is not working properly, then I went to service centre they confirmed sensor is complaint and have software issues, I am very sad and disappointed of my Experience

Mit, 12 Aug 2020Is it normal to heat up during charging ? Yes it's normal to heat up even high range phones and iphone heats up too as poco X2 comes with a fast charging so it heats up it's pretty normal and common

bb23, 19 Jul 2020any one else having auto brightness issues in poco x2it hangs alot... So bad experience..
Any one can face this problem too??
It work slow when you start internet, the default applications runs slow and phone gets hang for a while.
