Is there any update 12.0.3.0 is circulating?. In india it is not seen still. Should it be updated in india if it is globle update. Has anyone updated & how is it review?
I owned Pocophone F1 2nd hand and Iove to use it for my daily use. Still, I find it has low volume for telephoning although the volume set is already at max. Other than that, everything is great.
Money saver, 05 Jan 2021I saw a 2nd hand deal on the poco f1 here in the uk for £109 is this a good pick up in 2021 fo... moreCertainly it is a good deal considering the SoC which is Snapdragon 845+.
This device can handle all the games with ease.
As for look out, make sure
1. Battery is good. If possible replace it with a new one which cost few pounds, but will be great for few months.
2. Screen. The very first generation lot of Poco F1 has some nasty bleeding issue. But later lots have no issue at all like mine. So, of the device's screen has bleeding issue, then replace it with a new original screen.
Other then that there is nothing much. Also of the device has the original OS rather then other ROM then it will good.
Regards.
I saw a 2nd hand deal on the poco f1 here in the uk for £109 is this a good pick up in 2021 for budget gaming despite the age of the device and if i choose to pick it up what should i be on the look out for?
tanzim suhan, 05 Jan 2021miui 12 is good or bad for pocophone F1? Please share your experienc? I don't feel much difference on Miui 12 which is good. Nothing shocking change. And still you can use old things like notification panel in same way. The settings panel has changed which works for me. Little addition here and then. Like animation, task/note features and removal of Mi apps in India etc has worked also well.
Not waiting for the next Miui 12.5 arrival in January.

JacobG18, 17 Dec 2020thanks again for your advice! can you mention the name of the battery app?I have to do research and try them before saying anything to you.
On the other hand, I have checked the price of original replacement battery for Poco F1 which cost about 15$. And the other Redmi device battery will also cost like that or less.
So, after you can replace the battery without spending huge money.

JacobG18, 15 Dec 2020Hi! I'm on a dilemma, please help!
I'm considering Redmi Note 8 Pro and Pocophone ... moreIf camera is your preference and little longer battery life then go for the Redmi note 8 pro.
But if you need performance and don't bother about camera (like me), then go for the Poco F1.
As for battery life, there are apps which can be installed and access the battery. So, run them in these devices before making a purchase.
Hi! I'm on a dilemma, please help!
I'm considering Redmi Note 8 Pro and Pocophone F1, only to survive 2021.. probably will change as soon as next year end.. both are the 6/64 version, I happen to got a very good deal, RN8Pro for $ 162 and the F1 for $ 177 (both used phone)
the redmi were bought for a few months, still rather fresh but I dont know about the Poco F1, probably much older..
which one I should get? which phone offers better experience?? thanks!

Yes I know the Poco launcher is much2 lighter, I used it in my Redmi note 7 and it was very snappy and light, plus it has the feature that I liked since having zenfone 2, it can use double tap to unlock and lock the screen 😀
The most important is the app vault is so light compared to Mi launcher..
I think I'll buy the 64 gb version, at least to hold 2021 until my ideal phone released in my country
Thanks again and best regards!
