I Bought this phone as it is good in the price range. But the phone is not working . The network is not catched by ROM of phone. i am using both the vodafone sim Card. Not a single card is detected in the phone .i gifted this phone outside the country. Wasted my money .

Not good option to purchase new mobile at this cost. As per features mentioned, mobile is good but actual performance of the same is not good. It's was bad experience in terms of speed and display.

Hi.. I have taken redmi 2 prime handset one week before. iam using dual sim in this. Sim 1- idea and Sim 2- airtel. sometimes sim 1 signal will go off automatically and if I switch off the phone and if I open the sim and put it again also it will not detect but after sometime or hours it will detect automatically and it will show the idea network. please suggest to fix this problem.

I am using this phone from 1month. I am facing some problems.. My redmi 2prime disply not provide good colour.. Very bad.. All normal display provide good colour.. But its ips display not good colour.. Some time its automatically showing high saturation & blueish.. Compared with all mobile.. Anybody know solution to this problem.. Pls help me guys..

I purchased this mobile at a price of 6300 on snapdeal. And at this price it is a STEAL. It is perfect buy. It is really a superb performer. Camera is also very good for its price. Battery is 2200mah which may seem to be short but actually is very good and it easily last for one day.And after updating to MIUI7 it is working like a breeze. Its a wonderful buy even under Rs 10000

For 3g issue dail *#*#4636#*#* (or) go to settings>about phone and then tap multiple times on internal storage then the testing settings will apear then select from phone1 for sim 1,phone 2 for sim 2 then change the preferred
